“Hukam” Urdu/Hindi शब्द से आता है जिसका मतलब है “command” या “order” — और इस variant में, chosen card सचमुच round को command करता है। हर हाथ dealer के deck से एक card flip (या randomly select) करने से शुरू होता है। उस card का rank उस round का Joker बन जाता है।
Example: अगर dealer Jack of Diamonds (J♦) reveal करता है, तो सारे चार Jacks (J♠, J♥, J♦, J♣) उस round के लिए wild हैं। जो भी player Jack hold करता है अब Joker hold करता है।

Hukam तीन पत्ती कैसे खेलें — Step by Step
Step 1 — Pre-Game Boot हर player boot amount डालता है (standard online tables पर typically ₹100, या home game में कुछ rupees)।
Step 2 — Dealer Hukam Card Reveal करता है Players को कोई card deal होने से पहले, dealer deck का top card लेता है या in-app random selection चलाता है। वो card सबको दिखाया जाता है। उसका rank (suit matter नहीं करता) इस round का Joker बन जाता है।
Example reveal: Dealer 9 of Spades reveal करता है। → सारे 9s (9♠, 9♥, 9♦, 9♣) अब इस हाथ के Jokers हैं।
Step 3 — Players को Cards Deal होते हैं 3 cards face-down per player, Classic की तरह anti-clockwise।

Same rank के तीन cards। A-A-A highest है।
Example: Hukam = 5. आप A♠ – 5♣ – A♥ hold करते हो। 5♣ एक Joker है → A बन जाता है → final हाथ: A-A-A (Trail of Aces)।
2. Pure Sequence
Same-suit के तीन consecutive cards।
Example: Hukam = J. आप 9♥ – 10♥ – J♥ hold करते हो। J♥ एक Joker है, पर आप इसे J रखते हो → Pure Sequence 9-10-J hearts का। (जब आपके पास already natural हाथ है तो Joker rarely चाहिए।)
Joker swap example: Hukam = K. आप 5♣ – 6♣ – K♣ hold करते हो। K♣ Joker है → 7♣ में swap → Pure Sequence 5-6-7 clubs का।
3. Sequence — Mixed suits, consecutive।

Hukam के लिए Winning Strategy — 7 Pro Tips
1. अपनी evaluation Hukam card के हिसाब से adjust करो। Joker card वाला “bad” हाथ असल में strong हाथ है। Joker के बिना “good” हाथ उन opponents के against risky है जिनके पास शायद एक हो।
