This policy explains what 3PattiAdda collects, why, and how to control it. We minimize data collection by design — there is no account system, no user database, and no marketing tracker network.

What we collect

1. Server logs

Our web server logs standard HTTP request data: timestamp, IP address, user agent, referrer, and requested URL. We retain these for 14 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, then they are deleted. We do not link logs to any identifying information.

2. Analytics

We use privacy-preserving analytics that do not set tracking cookies and do not collect IP addresses. The analytics record only aggregate page-view counts, referrer source, and device type (mobile/desktop). We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

3. Newsletter (if you sign up)

If you submit your email through the newsletter form, we store your email address for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter. We use a third-party email service (Sender.net) to deliver. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email — that removes your email from our list permanently.

4. Contact form

If you email us through the contact form, the message is delivered to our inbox and retained until the issue is resolved or six months pass, whichever is sooner.

What we do not collect

  • No account credentials (we don't have accounts).
  • No payment information (we don't accept payments).
  • No location beyond the country level (derived from IP, not stored).
  • No cross-site tracking pixels.

Third parties

The only third-party services that may receive data from your visit:

  • Cloudflare — our CDN and DDoS protection. They see your IP and request metadata for security purposes only.
  • Sender.net — newsletter delivery. Only your email, only if you sign up.
  • Affiliate operators — if you click an affiliate link, the operator's tracking system records the referral. We do not see what you do on their site.

We do not sell or trade data with anyone. Period.

Cookies

We use one cookie: a session preference that remembers your selected language (English / Hindi). It expires after one year. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting.

Your rights

If you want us to delete any contact record we have on you, reach us via one of the channels on the contact page with the request. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

If you are a resident of the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA. These include access, portability, and the right to object to processing. Reach us through any of the contact channels to exercise any of these.

Children

This site is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted data to us, please reach us via the contact page and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a notice in our newsletter. Material changes (anything that affects what we collect or how we use it) will get a banner on the site for two weeks.
